Rally Madison FC’s Working Media Guests will adhere to the following media rules and protocols for all matches at Breese Stevens Field during the 2026 season. Please note that the Rally Madison FC Media working media guests who refuse to follow these protocols will lose stadium access and have their credential revoked.
CREDENTIALS:
All working media members will be given Media credentials to Breese Stevens Field. Due to the limited number of seats in the press box, we ask that you provide notice if you will need to reserve a seat/space in the press box.
Media members who plan to cover any match during the 2026 season must RSVP via the form 48 hours prior to matchday to provide ample time to accommodate all media members. Any questions or concerns contact Taylor Pieper (taylor@forwardmadisonfc.com).
All photographers and videographers will be required to wear a bib provided by Rally Madison FC. Bibs will be checked out at the Ticket Office and will be required to be used at every game attended. If not returned, there will be a $25 charge to replace the bib.

By applying to the media credential you have acknowledged you have read and consented to the media guidelines below
ACCESS:
Media access will begin two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Media must leave Breese Stevens Field no later than thirty (30) minutes following postgame interviews. Per Rally Madison FC, access to the field, locker room, and stadium seats is prohibited unless otherwise noted. Media members must always remain behind field boards. No cameras or media members are permitted on the field during warmups or in technical areas. When Referencing the map below, if you want to cross to the other side of the field you must use the Grandstand to cross.
Media Members must conduct themselves in a manner that is professional. When wearing the media credential, members are a representative of the club & if a media member is caught conducting themselves in an unprofessional manner the Staff is permitted to removing them from the press box and/or revoking their media pass. Absolutely no alcohol consumption or physical contact with players will be permitted.
MEDIA PASS PICKUP & ENTRANCE/EXIT:
Media passes can be picked up at the Ticket Office located on the northwest corner of the stadium (on the corner of Mifflin St and Patterson St), passes can be picked up 2 hours before kickoff. An ID must be provided to receive a media pass. The ticket office will keep your ID until the Media Pass is returned to the ticket office following the match.
MEDIA MATERIALS:
All media information will be available online at rallymadisonfc.com. No printed information media materials will be available.
MEDIA AVAILABILITIES AND PLAYER/HEAD COACH INTERVIEWS:

Matchday
The Rally Madison FC Head Coach and two players will be available every matchday for post-match interviews. Members of the media are NOT PERMITED TO ENTER THE PITCH post-match. A space for interviews will be designated, coaches and players will be escorted to this space after a brief team meeting in the locker room.
PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES:
Photographers will be permitted on-site two (2) hours prior to kickoff and must leave Breese Stevens Field no later than thirty (30) Minutes after the conclusion of the match.
There will be no field access. Photographers will be able to shoot a match from behind the field board. Photographers must remain in designated location during run of play and must always remain out of the sightlines of any fans in the stadium. Photographers should not enter the playing field, locker rooms or other Restricted Areas proximate to players, coaches, Club delegation members unless specifically escorted or permitted by Rally Madison FC.
VIDEOGRAPHER GUIDELINES:

USLW Mandated Media Credential Guidelines:
This credential is issued solely to provide stadium access to an individual with a legitimate working function at a game involving a member club of USLW League. The bearer must be on a specific assignment (as employee or agent for the organization to which this credential is issued). It is non-transferable. Any unauthorized use of this credential subjects bearer to ejection from the stadium and possible prosecution for criminal trespass. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation.
The use of any and all media of USLW League events or excerpts thereof shall be limited to news coverage by the accredited organization, unless expressly authorized in writing by USLW League. Any other use including, but not limited to: advertising, promotional contests and sweepstakes or other trade purposes requires prior specific written approval from USLW League. Permission to film or tape USLW games may be revoked at any time. All ownership copyright and property rights in USLW League matches, the telecast thereof and in the events and activities conducted in the stadium shall remain the sole property of USLW League, and no such rights are conferred or to be conferred or created on behalf of any other person or entity by the issuance of this credential.
The bearer of this credential and his or her employer assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to this event and shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless USLW League, its member teams, other agents and employees from and against all liability, loss, damages or expense resulting from or arising out of his or her presence at the stadium. The bearer grants permission to USLW League to utilize the bearer’s image, likeness or voice in connection with any broadcast, photograph or other production of this event via any media and for any purpose.
