Rally Madison FC Sign Washington University in St. Louis Forward, Madison (Madi) Foley, For 2026

Wisconsin-native To Join RMFC For Inaugural Year

MADISON, Wis. — Rally Madison FC have announced the addition of forward, Madison (Madi) Foley, for the Club’s inaugural season. Foley joins the squad as a dynamic attacking presence with experience across multiple levels.

At Washington University in St. Louis, Foley appeared in 16 games during her freshman campaign, making one start before suffering an injury. She scored three goals and recorded 14 shots, with seven on goal. As a sophomore, Foley played in 24 games with five starts, tallying six goals, including two game-winners. She also earned Academic All-UAA honors while helping the Bears secure a 2024 National Championship.

This past season, in 2025, Foley picked up another National Championship. She scored five goals, including three game-winners, and recorded three assists.

Before her collegiate career, Foley earned three varsity letters for soccer at Edgewood High School of the Sacred Heart. As a senior, she scored 36 goals and recorded 16 assists, breaking the school’s single-season scoring record. The program recognized Foley’s standout campaign by naming her All-Area Co-Player of the Year. Foley also led the conference in goals and combined goals and assists as a sophomore. Throughout her career with the Crusaders, she earned Second-Team All-State honors, helped lead the squad to a State Runner-Up finish, contributed to three regional championships and a sectional championship, and received First-Team All-Conference selections twice.

“I’m excited to be part of Rally’s inaugural season and have the chance to compete back in my hometown,” Foley said. “Competing at the highest level while growing the game alongside an incredible group of athletes is an opportunity I’m really grateful for.”

Rally Madison FC Sign Temple University Defender, Delaney Hoelker, For First Season

Madison-native To Join RMFC For Inaugural Year

MADISON, Wis. — Rally Madison FC have announced the addition of Temple University defender, Delaney Hoelker, for the Club’s inaugural season.

During Temple University’s 2025 campaign, Hoelker appeared in 14 matches, starting 13 of them, and logged a total of 941 minutes. She also contributed one goal for the Owls in a shutout game against Lincoln University. In 2024, Hoelker took the pitch 14 times during her freshman season.

Before her collegiate career, Hoelker was a four-year varsity player at Oregon High School and helped lead the Panthers to two State Championships, including one during her sophomore year as part of the country’s No. 1-ranked team. She also earned First Team All-Conference honors as a sophomore and Second Team All-Conference honors as a junior.

“Being from Madison and having the chance to be part of Rally’s first season means a lot to me,” Hoelker said. “It’s special to represent my hometown and help build something new for the community and the next generation of players.”

Rally Madison FC Welcome University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Defender, Mya Hanson, for 2026 

Wisconsin-native To Join RMFC For Inaugural Campaign

MADISON, Wis. – Rally Madison FC have announced the addition of defender, Mya Hanson, for the Club’s first-ever season.

Hanson joins Rally Madison after completing her freshman campaign at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where she appeared in 14 matches and helped the Eagles secure the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Championship and advance to the 2025 NCAA Division III tournament.

Before beginning her collegiate career, Hanson was a four-year varsity player and letterwinner at DeForest Area High School, where she served as team captain for the Norskies and earned All-Conference and Defender of the Year recognitions.

During her time with the Madison 56ers, Hanson helped the club squad win the 2024 State Cup Championship and reach the USYS National Championship in 2024, followed by a run to the National Semifinals in 2025. Hanson was also selected as one of the best 11 players in her age group.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to compete at such a high level and to be a part of the first women’s team for Rally Madison,” Hanson said. “I’m so excited for the chance to push myself, continue to grow as a player and contribute to such an amazing group this season.”

Rally Madison FC Sign University of St. Thomas Midfielder, Molly Armstrong, For 2026 Season

Wisconsin-native To Play For RMFC Inaugural Year

MADISON, WI: Rally Madison FC have announced the addition of University of St. Thomas midfielder, Molly Armstrong, for the Club’s inaugural season.

Armstrong made her collegiate debut in 2025, appearing in nine matches and totaling 101 minutes on the pitch. Before joining the Tommies, Armstrong had a standout run at Verona Area High School, where she was a four-year varsity player and two-year team captain, earning All-Conference honors along the way.

“I’m extremely excited to be a part of this team and represent my hometown,” Armstrong said. “I love the idea of playing downtown in front of all the Rally Madison fans.”

Rally Madison FC Welcome UW Badger Goalkeeper, Mira Issar, Ahead of First Season

UW-Madison Goalkeeper Joins RMFC Inaugural Year

MADISON, WI: Rally Madison FC have announced the signing of University of Wisconsin-Madison goalkeeper, Mira Issar, for the 2026 season.

Originally from Glenview, Issar will continue to represent Madison following her third season with the Badgers. Before beginning her collegiate career, Issar spent several years competing with Chicago FC United DA/GA, where she helped the club squad secure an Illinois State Championship in 2017. She also participated in multiple Youth National Team ID Camps.

“I’m excited to be a part of Rally Madison FC and compete in a high-level environment this summer to prepare for the fall,” Issar said. “I’m looking forward to growing as a player in this training environment.”

Issar will take the pitch with Rally Madison FC in tonight’s first regular-season match against River Light FC on May 20th at Marmion Academy. The team will then take on Minnesota Aurora in the Club’s USL W League Home Opener match on May 23rd.
